  • Individuals, Sole proprietors, Partners, and S corporation shareholders, generally have to make estimated tax payments if they expect to owe tax of $1,000 or more when their return is filed.

Corporations generally have to make estimated tax payments if they expect to owe tax of $500 or more when their return is filed.

  • Estimated Taxes payments are Due April 15th, 2021

  • There was no formal announcement by the IRS, because there have been no changes regarding tax deposits for 1st quarter 2021. This is only a reminder.
