Important Notice

Starting April 1st, 2026, SDCM Tax Service will no longer accept excessively late clients. Late arrivals disrupt our schedule and delay service for all clients.

 

New Policy for All Clients:

Late Arrivals: If you are more than 20 minutes late, you will be required to reschedule your appointment.

 

No-Show / Late Rescheduling Fee: All new clients arriving more than 20 minutes late will be subject to a $50 fee for no-show or late rescheduling.

 

Return Clients: One emergency late arrival may be accommodated, but rescheduling will still be necessary if more than 20 minutes late.
